It was not an easy journey but it was really worth it.
How I started? I didn't perfectly done it. Tao lang ako natutukso lalo na kung may monay at palaman :-)..but because I really wanted to get in shape, I tried to resist the temptation and get back on track again.
First thing you must do is to have the discipline and determination. Maraming tukso along the way, may birthday, anniversary, wedding, binyag at kung anu-ano pang occasions plus si Jollibee pakalat kalat..
Next eat meat, egg, seafoods you can add leafy veg pang-alis umay..you can have black coffee or a bulletproof coffee (black coffee, all purpose cream, butter and equal gold..
Repeat until you reach your goal weight.
Avoid pasta, bread, fruits (except strawberry and avocado) and vegetables high in carbs (all rootcrafts) anything starchy is a NO.
As per the coaches, avoid doing exercise as long as you are still losing weight since it will install your weight due to muscle gain. What I did was I workout when I reached my normal BMI and weight.
